Moche’s Coffee Club Terms
1. Definitions
1.1 Moche’s Coffee Club (hereinafter COFFEE CLUB) is the benefit or recognition program that Orgäanika Andes Coffee offers to its frequent customers. Through this program, it is possible to accumulate Sunnymoons or virtual stamps for purchases made at any Orgäanika Andes Coffee location or online nationwide, according to the conditions and requirements detailed further below.
1.2 Member or Affiliate: is the person who meets the program requirements. This means they have completed the enrollment form through any of the methods established in section 2.2, whose application has been accepted by Orgäanika Andes Coffee, and whose affiliate status has not been revoked or canceled in accordance with the rules of this regulation. The Program affiliate will have an account where they will accumulate their virtual stamps and can view their prizes and promotions. The account is individual, recognizing a single holder, and does not allow for the possibility of additional members or affiliates.
1.3 Sunnymoon: is the promotional currency for the COFFEE CLUB , and their characteristics are defined in section 4 of this Regulation. These stamps are redeemable for coupons or products from Orgäanika Andes Coffee or other services determined by the COFFEE CLUB program according to the specific terms and conditions established for that purpose, which will form part of this Regulation.
1.4 Account Statement: Members can access information regarding their Sunnymoons and prizes by registering and logging in at www.orgaanika.com. Said account statement constitutes the only valid means of information regarding the quantity of accumulated, redeemed, and, if applicable, soon-to-expire Sunnymoons.
1.5 Coffee Club Card: is the card that certifies the quality of COFFEE CLUB member. All members will have a virtual card.
1.6 Prizes: are those free redeemable coupons, discount coupons, promotional packs, merchandise, or other services that require Sunnymoons to be granted by the COFFEE CLUB program.
1.7 Benefits: are all those perks granted by the COFFEE CLUB program to its members that do not require Sunnymoons.
1.8 Prize Requirements: are the conditions offered by ORGÄANIKA ANDES COFFEE that indicate the Sunnymoons necessary to redeem certain Prizes and/or Benefits, which is available at www.orgaanika.com. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE may, from time to time, publish prize tables or Sunnymoons equivalents for other particular promotions, Prizes, or Benefits.
1.9 Password: Corresponds to a personal identification code, which may be alphanumeric, created by the member and approved by ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE. It will be the exclusive responsibility of each member to always safeguard the privacy and security of their Password.
Note: For greater security about the privacy of your password, never record it in writing, and avoid using obvious or common dates or numbers, such as your birthday, the first 4 digits of your identity card, your phone number, etc.
2. Enrollment Conditions
2.1 Only natural persons, over 13 years of age, regardless of their nationality or place of residence, may be members of the COFFEE CLUB. This is provided that they (i) comply with all the Program requirements, (ii) complete, sign, and submit the corresponding enrollment form, accepting all the terms of this regulation, and (iii) have been expressly accepted into the COFFEE CLUB program and their status has not been canceled or revoked in conformity with the rules of this regulation.
2.2 The application for membership in the COFFEE CLUB will be made through the corresponding enrollment channel, which will be (i) directly at www.orgaanika.com, or (ii) at a counter in Orgäanika Andes Coffee locations nationwide. At the counter, a pre-registration will be carried out that must later be completed by filling out the virtual form sent to the member’s email.
2.3 Upon receipt of the corresponding membership application, COFFEE CLUB will inform the applicant that they have been accepted as a member by sending a welcome email to the email address indicated by the member. In case the mentioned confirmation of acceptance is not received, the applicant must send an email to [email protected].
2.4 Sunnymoons accumulated by an enrollment applicant, before they are expressly accepted as a member, cannot be redeemed for Prizes unless the person is expressly accepted as a member.
2.5 The data provided in the membership application, as well as its update, are the sole responsibility of the member. Members will be liable for any damage that may arise from the lack of veracity or accuracy of the information provided by them to COFFEE CLUB.
2.6 The physical mailing address specified by the member cannot be a post office box or another type of address that does not have coverage by regular mail services. ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE is not responsible for the non-delivery of correspondence to these types of addresses.
2.7 Every COFFEE CLUB virtual card is strictly personal and non-transferable. Inappropriate, improper, or non-compliant use of any COFFEE CLUB card with the conditions and terms established herein may result in removal from the COFFEE CLUB Program, with the corresponding cancellation of all accumulated Sunnymoons, without prejudice to any legal actions that may apply.
2.8 The applicant and/or affiliate acknowledges and accepts that they are solely responsible for any sum of money, whether in the form of taxes, fees, duties, or otherwise, that must be paid to any person as a result of the accumulation or use of the Sunnymoons or a consequence of their admission to COFFEE CLUB, or the use of any Prize or Benefit thereof.
2.9 Any change to the data provided must be requested directly through the website www.orgaanika.com or modified directly in their account. Changes requested by other means will not be accepted.
2.10 Only one account per member will be allowed. If two or more accounts exist, the most recent ones will be canceled. All Sunnymoons accumulated in the canceled accounts will be transferred to the original account, provided that said Sunnymoons were not accumulated in both accounts.
2.11 ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE does not permit the transfer of Sunnymoons between accounts of the COFFEE CLUB program, except in the case set forth in section 2.10.
2.12 For the purposes of prize assignment, Sunnymoons from different COFFEE CLUB Program accounts cannot be combined. That is, if at the time of requesting a Prize or Benefit, the member does not have a sufficient amount of Sunnymoons, they cannot use Sunnymoons from other accounts.
2.13 By completing the enrollment form, the member expressly accepts to receive information about the Program and other communications that ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE periodically sends to their email address, cell phone, or mailing address, whether or not they are related to COFFEE CLUB.
2.14 The form and frequency of sending COFFEE CLUB information, Prize or Benefit information, and other communications will be freely determined by ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE ; they may use physical means (such as public or private mail) or electronic means (such as an email account, text messages to cell phones, or others) for this purpose.
2.15 In addition to what is established in the previous paragraph, by completing the enrollment form, the program applicant or member accepts that ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE may freely use the data included in the referred form, either for the benefit of COFFEE CLUB, ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE, or third parties that have commercial agreements associated with COFFEE CLUB, to the extent permitted by applicable data protection laws. It is an essential condition for participation in COFFEE CLUB that the accumulation of Sunnymoons is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Program and in full compliance with the applicable regulations.
2.16 The Member Card QR code and the Password are valid for the personal and exclusive use of the member holder, and their transfer or delivery to another person under any title is prohibited. In case of loss, misplacement, theft, robbery, or unauthorized use of the card or the password, it is the responsibility of the member holder to immediately notify COFFEE CLUB. The member will be the sole responsible for all use given to their Member Card or Password until COFFEE CLUB is notified of the loss, misplacement, theft, robbery, or unauthorized use of the same.
3. Cancellation of a Member’s Participation in the Program
3.1 A member’s participation in COFFEE CLUB will terminate immediately or as long as ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE deems necessary in the following cases:
- If the member ceases to comply with any of the terms and conditions referred to herein, or if the use of COFFEE CLUB or the accumulation of Sunnymoons is carried out in violation of applicable law or regulations.
- If the affiliate knowingly provides any incorrect or erroneous information either in the application for incorporation or when requesting the corresponding Prizes and/or Benefits.
- If the member makes inappropriate or improper use of the virtual stamps, cards, Prizes, and/or Benefits delivered.
- Upon express request of the member, which can be done at any time directly on the website www.orgaanika.com.
- Upon the death of the member.
- In all those cases where, in the judgment of ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE, the customer has committed an illicit act or an irregularity contrary to the inherent nature of the COFFEE CLUB regulation.
3.2 In case of termination of participation in COFFEE CLUB by decision of the affiliate or termination by decision of ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE, all accumulated Sunnymoons will be canceled and cannot be used under any circumstances.
4. Sunnymoons
4.1 The promotional currency of COFFEE CLUB is the Sunnymoon (virtual stamp).
4.2 Sunnymoons have the following characteristics and are subject to the following terms:
- They have no commercial value, are not negotiable, nor redeemable for money.
- They are non-transferable, in accordance with the provisions of section 2.11 of this Regulation.
- They are non-transmissible, so, in the event of the member’s death, the account and the Sunnymoons accumulated therein will be canceled.
- They are non-attachable (not subject to seizure), as they are rights whose exercise is entirely personal, unless the law or a court order establishes otherwise.
- They are not subject to legal dispute or any judicial measure, and belong only to the member holder of the account, as a personal right.
- Once the Sunnymoons have been redeemed for prizes, the affiliate cannot request their return.
5. Accumulation of Sunnymoons
5.1 Sunnymoons will be credited when an affiliate or member makes a purchase at any of Orgäanika Andes Coffee’s locations or online, provided they duly register their code in the transaction by presenting their virtual card to the attending barista. Under no circumstances can Sunnymoons be credited to more than one account.
5.2 One Sunnymoon will be credited for every USD 10 of consumption per transaction. For example, if the member consumes USD 10 in a transaction, they will earn one Sunnymoon; if they consume USD 15, they will earn one Sunnymoon; and if they consume USD 20, they will earn 2 Sunnymoons. The amount of the transactions is not cumulative; accounting will be done per transaction.
5.3 Sunnymoons will be accounted for in the member’s account only once the transaction has been paid, provided the member is duly registered and has correctly identified themselves online or with the barista or ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE staff.
5.4 Coupons earned by accumulating Sunnymoons in COFFEE CLUB are valid for 30 days, counted from the date of consumption. Affiliates can see the expiration date of their coupons in their account statement, and COFFEE CLUB is not responsible for providing additional reminders of this expiration.
5.5 COFFEE CLUB reserves the right to audit the affiliate’s account at any time and without prior notice, in order to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions. COFFEE CLUB may deduct Sunnymoons improperly credited to a member or delay the delivery of a prize while any discrepancy is clarified.
6. Redemption of Sunnymoons Coupons
6.1 Once 10 Sunnymoons have been accumulated, the member will have filled a virtual card, and COFFEE CLUB will automatically gift them a consumption coupon for USD 20.00. This coupon will appear on the user’s website and will be notified via email by COFFEE CLUB.
6.2 Likewise, the member may participate in seasonal promotions explained at www.orgaanika.com.
6.2.1 Once received, the coupon can be used by the member online or at any of Orgäanika Andes Coffee’s locations. The redemption of prizes may only be carried out by the member holder.
6.2.2 The coupon redemption will be carried out in a single transaction. If the coupon is not fully consumed, the remaining balance will be lost and cannot be used on a subsequent occasion.
6.2.3 The coupons have 30 days of validity from the date of their issuance; after which, they expire immediately.
7. General Provisions
7.1 Participation in COFFEE CLUB is subject to the terms and conditions established herein, which may change periodically, at the sole discretion of ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE. This includes the right to modify the conditions for accumulation and redemption of Sunnymoons, the prizes, and the coupon accumulation system.
7.2 ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE reserves the right to conclude or suspend the COFFEE CLUB or modify any part thereof, including all types of Prizes and/or Benefits, and mechanisms for redeeming or transferring Sunnymoons, at any time. In such a case, it will send a notice to members with 1 week of anticipation.
7.3 In the event that ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE terminates or suspends COFFEE CLUB, members may use their accumulated coupons during the referred term of 45 days, in conformity with this regulation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the reason for the program termination is due to the cessation of ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE’s operations as a chain of coffee shops, or the declaration of bankruptcy or the celebration of an arrangement, ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE may terminate or suspend COFFEE CLUB, and cancel and render void all Sunnymoons, coupons, Prizes, and Benefits immediately, without prior notification to members.
7.4 ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for losses or damages that may result from the conclusion of the COFFEE CLUB or changes or modifications thereof.
7.5 All Prizes are subject to change, and it is the sole responsibility of the member to make redemptions on the corresponding dates.
7.6 ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE does not guarantee or take responsibility for the availability of said Prizes and Benefits. Therefore, it will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may result from the provision, or lack of provision, total or partial, of any prize or benefit.
7.7 ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE is not responsible for any damage or prejudice connected with COFFEE CLUB or any Prize and/or Benefit offered by the program.
7.8 ORGAANIKA ANDES COFFEE is not responsible for the errors or omissions that, despite all precautions taken, may occur in the information related to any part of COFFEE CLUB. Nor is it responsible for the delay or incorrect delivery of correspondence addressed to the member.
7.9 All written communication from the member directed to COFFEE CLUB must bear their signature.
Privacy Policy
- Personal data provided during the online registration or redemption process will be included in a database for which ORGÄANIKA ANDES COFFEE is responsible. This data will be used for the purpose of managing the requested service, facilitating the provision of complementary services, contacting you in case of necessity, as well as for conducting market studies and consumption preferences, among others. Also, if you allow it, your contact details may be used to offer you a product or service believed to be of interest or similar. The data subject must accept the sending of this information by clicking on the corresponding box. All information is stored on Zedona Global LLC’s own servers ; no third party has access to the information, and it is neither sold, assigned, nor rented to third parties.
- Visiting our website will not require the user to provide their personal information. Every time ORGÄANIKA ANDES COFFEE proceeds to collect data, the voluntary or mandatory nature thereof will be indicated. Refusal to provide data classified as mandatory will imply the impossibility of accessing the service for which they were requested. Voluntary data may be provided with the aim of offering increasingly personalized services.
- You can request the update, inclusion, rectification, and deletion of your information by editing your “Profile” (in the case of affiliates). If modification is not possible through either of these channels, please send an email to [email protected].
What data does COFFEE CLUB requests?
- Information necessary for user identification: This includes name, surname, address, telephone, email, gender, date of birth.
- Information about your interests and personal preferences, all with the aim of developing new products and services.
All information entered into COFFEE CLUB is kept strictly confidential.

Delivery Policy
Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
Shipping
If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship the available items first. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier practices, destination, shipping method, and the number of items ordered. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Express Delivery Service
Service Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (last order accepted at 5:00 PM).
Includes one (1) delivery attempt by courier.
Orders are delivered within 4 hours from the time they are confirmed in our system, provided the delivery address is within our standard delivery area (up to 12 miles). For addresses in extended delivery areas, delivery times may vary.
Standard Delivery Service
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day).
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day).
Includes two (2) delivery attempts.
Taxes and Additional Charges
Additional shipping fees may apply depending on your location and order size. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your order, including sales tax, state tax, and any applicable duties or fees.
If your items arrive damaged, you must contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds do not apply to Gift Cards.
Payment Receipts
We provide sales receipts or electronic invoices for all orders. Once issued, receipts are final and cannot be modified.
Discounts
Discounts and promo codes are not combinable. Only one discount may be applied per transaction. Promo codes cannot be used if an automatic discount has already been applied at checkout.
Agreement to Terms of Sale
By placing an order through this platform, you agree to the terms of sale offered by Orgäanika Coffee. All orders are subject to final validation before confirmation.
During checkout, Orgäanika Coffee verifies:
a) Customer information matches the purchase details.
b) The delivery address is within our service areas.
c) Product pricing.
d) Minimum order requirement of $5.00 USD.
e) Approved payment method.
f) Product availability.
Validation occurs in real time. Once validated, a confirmation screen will appear, and an email will be sent to the customer.
All orders must be paid in full on the day they are placed. Orgäanika Coffee reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders.
Order Fulfillment
All purchases are subject to the terms of our Delivery Policy. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is validated and confirmed by Orgäanika Coffee.
Product Availability and Pricing
Prices and availability are valid as long as they appear on the website. Orgäanika Coffee reserves the right to update or modify product information, including pricing, at any time without prior notice.
